Refunds and cancellation

Please use the full 60-day evaluation to check Cave Dweller with your computer and DAW before buying.

Immediate digital delivery

We ask you to request immediate licence delivery and acknowledge that the 14-day change-of-mind cancellation right is lost when supply begins. This acknowledgement is not preselected, and confirmation is included with your licence delivery.

Problems with your purchase

Your statutory rights concerning faulty, misdescribed or undelivered digital content remain. Contact support with your order reference, operating system, DAW version and a description of the problem. Do not send payment-card details or passwords.

We will help resolve the problem and provide the remedies required by applicable consumer law. Contact us about duplicate purchases or a licence that has not arrived. No additional unconditional refund guarantee is offered beyond applicable rights. You may also contact Paddle buyer support.
